The Ruling Elite:
Being witness to the reactions time after time of the Republicans as they line up and goose step in perfect co-ordination with the marxist minions of Obama at first left me aghast at the betrayal of those that supported them. But then when my blood pressure had returned to normal I realized something that I had missed. It would appear that once something thinks that they are a member of an elite group, they fall into the trap of "group think" as George Orwel...l penned it many years ago.

I suggest that we stop slapping our foreheads in denial ("no it can't be happening) and realize that by making those we trust into a new group of elites we have undone ourselves and the very purposes for which we hoped that they would jump to our defence and do our bidding. There are no consequences for their perfidy, not really. As we know "justice delayed is justice denied", so to with punishment. If we do not mete it out to a child immediately it looses its effectiveness. These representatives of ours are just big children who display their irresponsible behaviors knowing that they might be punished many years hence but are hoping that we will either forget or we will die.
A friend of mine used to do protest rallies in front of the offices of politicians years ago and discovered that unless you occupy their offices and disrupt their lives things will just go on as usual. There being no immediate consequences for their actions, they muddle on knowing that we really won't do anything. Time to change that and smack their arrogance full in the face. A few bus loads of righteous protests pouring into their offices and possibly their neighbourhoods might put a dent in their smirks and encourage some others to do the same.
We live in hope that the minor moves towards revolution will encourage others to evaluate their support for law breakers and Constitution strippers. Time to stop them in their tracks.
