Pakistani authorities prevented more than one thousand "persecuted" Christians from fleeing Pakistan and hundreds of Christian asylum seekers have been detained in Sri Lanka, a well-informed source told BosNewsLife Sunday, June 29.

"Pakistani authorities intercepted Christians who were travelling to join flights bound for Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong," said Farrukh H.Saif, executive director of Pakistani based human rights group World Vision In Progress (WVIP).

"More than 1000 Pakistani Christians were illegally removed from their confirmed flights from Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore airports," in recent months he added. "It was the first step to end this mass exodus".

Christian refugees who managed to arrive in Sri Lanka have reportedly been targeted as well. Local media reported that the Sri-Lankan Immigration and Investigation police started joint operation against Pakistani Christian asylum seekers. They reportedly detained hundreds of Asylum seekers in recent weeks.

The Christians were to be deported because of their alleged involvement in "anti-state activities" in India and Pakistan.

INTERNATIONAL NORMS

"This action was against basic international norms and principles which state that the host country receiving such refugees cannot arrest anyone who is registered with [the UN's refugee agency] UNHCR" unless a specific request in sent via [international police organization] Interpol," Saif explained.

"The action of by the Sri-Lankan authorities was therefore illegal under international law. It seems that something sinister might be taking place behind the scenes to ensure that Pakistani asylum seekers are deported back to their country of origin."

Sri Lankan and Pakistani officials could not immediately be reached for comment, but BosNewsLife has spoken with several Christians claiming persecution in Pakistan.

Many of them are targeted for alleged blasphemy against Islam, Pakistan's main religion, authorities have acknowledged.

"Hundreds of cases were registered against the Christians and other religious groups in Pakistan. After knowing the gravity of the situation , religious minorities started relocation from Pakistan," Saif said.

SEEKING REFUGE

He said thousands of Pakistani Hindus took refuge in India "whereas Christians, Ahmadi’s, Shia and other religious groups reached East Asia and South Asia registered themselves with the UNHCR, "with a trust that they will be moved to some save country where they can enjoy equal rights."

He said the "Christian exodus" increased since 2009 when “Christian colonies villages and neighborhoods” in Punjab province were attacked by “Muslim extremists.”

He recalled that hundreds of houses were torched and several people "were burnt alive."

Hundreds of Christians from Gojra and Korian village fled from Pakistan and took refuge in Sri-Lanka, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia "in order to preserve their lives and avoid future persecution."

He said more Christians tried to leave after in March 2013 Islamists attacked a Christian area in Lahore city.

GOVERNMENT "FAILING"

"According to our own survey there are 14,000 Pakistani Christian asylum seekers in East Asia and South Asia."

Saif accused Pakistan's government of "failing" to protect Christians and instead prevents them and other religious minorities from leaving reaching "the relative safety of neighbouring countries."

When "the Pakistani Government has failed to save its own sensitive installations from the terrorists, how can they
protect the vulnerable and defenseless religious minorities from terrorist organizations?," he wondered.

He said his group has urged the international community to help end "persecution in Pakistan" and the reported crackdown on Christian asylum seekers in Sri Lanka.

Committees were formed in 1772, exploring options for a Congress of our own. Our first Continental Congress convened in 1774. The following year, 1775, our Congress was declared traitorous and British troops, sent to quell the uprising met resistance from the colonial militia and the Revolutionary War began.

Did you ever hear of Isaiah Martinez? Crystal Martinez? What about Mayanah Schneider? No? Serenity Jones then? They were children under 5 years old who were murdered by the U.S. government at Waco, Texas on April 19th 1993. The Washington Post d...id mention that Putin condemned the renewed violence in Ukraine at a meeting with Russia’s ambassadors, but the importance of Putin’s meeting with Russia’s ambassadors was not conveyed by the Post’s report. Given Washington’s arrogance, why does it matter what Putin says? America’s loss to Belgium in the World Soccer Cup is more important to the American Propaganda Ministry than the President of Russia’s attempt to end conflict and the drive toward war.

Putin damns Washington’s puppet president of Ukraine, an usurped position resulting from the overthrow of a democratically elected president, for taking “the path of violence which cannot lead to peace.” Putin’s remarks are simultaneous English translations as Putin speaks in Russian. Such translations are seldom good, but are usually adequate to convey the content.

“Unfortunately, Ukrainian President Poroshenko has made the decision to resume military actions, and we – meaning myself and my colleagues in Europe – could not convince him that the way to reliable, firm and long-term peace can’t lie through war. Previously, Petro Poroshenko had no direct relation to orders to take military action. Now he has taken on this responsibility in full. Not only military, but also more importantly, politically.”

I stressed the need to prolong the ceasefire and the creation of a reliable mechanism for monitoring compliance with the cease fire and that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) should play an active role. I offered that checkpoints on the Russian side of the Ukrainian border could be monitored by representatives of Ukraine and by OSCE to insure joint control of the border.”

“Everything that’s going on in Ukraine is of course the internal business of Ukrainian government, but we are painfully sorry that civilians die. In my opinion, there is a deliberate attempt by Ukraine to eliminate representatives of the press. It concerns both Russian and foreign journalists. The killing of journalists is absolutely unacceptable.”

“I hope pragmatism will prevail, that the West will get rid of its hegemonic ambitions and desire to arrange the world according to its preferences. I hope instead that the West will start building relations based on equal rights, mutual respect and good will toward others and respect for the interests of other countries.”

Putin said that Washington had put pressure on France not to deliver the Mistral-class helicopter ships that the Russian/French contract specified. “We know about the pressure that our American partners put on the French so that they would not deliver the Mistral ships to Russia. And we know that Washington hinted that if the French don’t deliver Mistral, sanctions on the French bank will be minimized or removed. What is this, if not blackmail?”

Putin said that Russia is willing to be a partner of the US and EU, but the partnership must be based on equality, not on America’s partners following Washington’s orders. “We are not going to stop our relations with the US. The bilateral relations are not in the best shape, that is true. But this– and I want to emphasize–is not Russia’s fault.”

As I have previously observed, Americans live in The Matrix, not in the real world. One day Americans could wake up stunned by reality, or they could die from weapons of mass destruction and not wake up. Americans are nothing but cannon fodder for the neoconservative drive for Washington’s world hegemony. The media on which Americans rely lies to them and prevents them from knowing any significant truths. Americans can learn that they lost the World Cup, but they cannot learn of their government’s crimes and drive toward war, or of the responses of other powerful countries whose governments are unwilling, unlike England, Germany, and France, to be Washington’s vassals. 

 

Bombshell: Tax Exempt Status Granted to Terrorists & Enemies of the US by Lois Lerner Under Bush & Obama 



Enemies of the United States should clearly not have tax exempt status. The problem is that said groups have been receiving such status for decades. Yet, Republicans – as well as attorneys for Tea Party groups harmed by the IRS – continue to ignore it. What is even more disgusting is that the Republican Party also gave Muslim terrorist fronts groups complete legitimacy
Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)

The Muslim Brotherhood front group CAIR gained its 501(c)(3) status in 2007, during the George W. Bush administration. Lois Lerner was the Tax Exempt Director at that time. Shockingly, that was the same year that CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial, which was all about terror fundraising. Ultimately, HLF was found guilty on every count. CAIR loves to argue that “unindicted” means not guilty but the fact remains that CAIR was given its 501(c)(3) status at a time when its support for terror funding was clearly known.
CAIR was incorporated in 2005 and received tax exempt status in 2007 by… Lerner:


In 2011, while the targeting of conservative groups was taking place, CAIR lost its 501(c)(3) status because it had failed to file its annual paperwork. Within a year, that status was reinstated. Yet, Tea Party groups were still being harassed and had not received their status.
Islamic Society of North America (ISNA)

On its Facebook page, ISNA identifies itself as being a 501(c)(3) organization. This is the largest Muslim Brotherhood front group in the U.S. In 2013, the Canadian equivalent of the IRS revoked ISNA’s charitable status after finding that the organization distributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to a terrorist organization. As was CAIR, ISNA was an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial.

In 2003, the Senate Finance Committee looked into ISNA’s financial records for terrorist connections. In 2005, the investigation was closed and Committee Chairman Charles Grassley said the committee “did not find anything”. Nearly nine years later, the Canadian government and HLF prosecutors beg to differ.
The Executive Director at the time was Louay Safi. In the weeks after the Fort Hood jihadist attack, it was learned that Safi – a stealth jihadist – had been lecturing to U.S. troops. Despite Grassley’s findings in 2005, there was plenty of evidence to suggest that Safi was tied to Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ).
In 2011, Shoebat.com published the translated words of Safi, which prove he is a stealth jihadist.
George W. Bush embraced Muzammil Siddiqi both before and after 9/11/01, as Shoebat.com has long chronicled.
Muslim American Society (MAS)

Despite MAS Executive Director Mahdi Bray being caught on video raising money for Hamas inside a Florida mosque in 2009, the group continues to enjoy 501(c)(3) status. In the video, Bray can be seen telling attendees that their contributions are “tax deductible”.

Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC)

According to MPAC’s website, this group has had 501(c)(3) status since 1988, which would have been at the end of the Reagan administration. MPAC, which is led by an infiltrator of the U.S. Government by the name of Salam al-Marayati, opposed designating Hamas or Hezbollah as terrorist organizations. In 1999, MPAC justified Hezbollah’s suicide bombing of a U.S. Marine Barracks 17 years earlier and ten years after MPAC was granted 501(c)(3) status.
North American Islamic Trust (NAIT)

Founded during the Nixon administration in 1973, NAIT boasts of 501(c)(3) status on its website and is also closely affiliated with ISNA. It identifies itself as ISNA’s “predecessor”. The relationship is apparently so close that the ISNA President is automatically given a seat on the NAIT Board. While the beneficiary of tax exempt status, NAIT holds the titles of several Muslim Brotherhood front group properties. In the Holy Land trial, evidence showed ISNA used NAIT to fund Hamas. Despite its offices being raided in 2002 and its obvious connections to terrorist and jihadist grouops, NAIT still holds onto its 501(c)(3).
International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT)

The same Louay Safi that led the ISNA served as Executive Director for IIIT from 1995-97. IIIT is also a Muslim Brotherhood front group that operates with 501(c)(3) status.
Dar al-Hijrah Mosque

Founded during Reagan’s first term and perhaps the most notorious mosque in the U.S. It has been home to multiple stealth jihadists, to include former Chairman Bassam Estwani and Anwar al-Awlaki, who served as an imam there. This mosque was visited by three 9/11 hijackers and Fort Hood jihadist Nidal Malik Hasan. Despite this terrorist factory posing as a house of worship, it continues to operate with 501(c)(3) status according to the mosque’s Director of Outreach, Johari Abdul Malik. On its own website, Dar al-Hijrah boasts of being “affiliated with the Muslim American Society (MAS) since 1999″. That is the same MAS that raised contributions for Hamas.
Hamzah Islamic Center (HIC)

In 2005, as Shoebat.com revealed, Lois Lerner granted HIC is 501(c)(3) status despite the group having very close ties to Muslim Brotherhood front groups.

Strong evidence exists in the form of YouTube video interviews that suggest HIC is in the business of helping Syrian jihadists. It was even found to have at least one camp set up in Orpha city in Turkey. As Shoebat.com has revealed, Orpha is home to ISIS training camps.

The list goes on and on and on…. The point is that while patriotic conservative groups that applied for tax exempt status are being bludgeoned by an IRS that facilitates the 501(c)(3) status of groups that seek to destroy the United States from within.
Democrats

Democrats like Jim McDermott (D-WA), Lloyd Doggett (D-TX), Elijah Cummings, Gerry Connolly (D-VA), Carl Levin (D-MI), Dick Durbin (D-IL), Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and others have either aided and abetted the IRS in targeting Tea Party groups or have blatantly run interference for the IRS after the fact.
Levin and Durbin are two of a handful of Senators who were caught lobbying the IRS to put more pressure on conservative groups.
As Shoebat.com has reported, Cummings, the Ranking member of the House Oversight Committee was implicated in the targeting of Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of True the Vote:
 
Cummings has made repeated attempts to shut down the IRS investigation. Something he has not done is call for the investigation of the tax exempt status of Muslim Brotherhood front groups.
Yet, Democrats defend the IRS and Republicans simply refuse to pick the best fight.
Oversight Committee member Connolly has been a vehement defender of the IRS during the scandal. Yet, earlier this year, as Shoebat.com reported, not only has the congressman supported the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt after the overthrow of Mohammed Mursi but he accepted contributions at a Muslim Brotherhood fundraiser. House Ways and Means Committee member Jim McDermott arguably outdid Connolly in his defense of the IRS, as Shoebat.com reported.
Republicans

As mentioned above, Republicans are actively refusing to introduce the Malik Obama angle into the IRS scandal. Doing so very well may open a can of worms relative to all of the Muslim Brotherhood front groups previous Republican administrations granted and continued to allow having 501(c)(3) status but that’s no reason to avoid it.
Conservatives are missing a tremendous opportunity in the IRS scandal. They should contrast the egregious treatment received by Tea Party groups at the hands of the IRS with the very favorable treatment received by Muslim Brotherhood front groups. The list of Muslim organizations with 501(c)(3) status is substantial but the agendas of many of those groups include the destruction of the United States from within.
What better contrast could there be than to highlight than the allegiances of those who refuse to get to the bottom of the IRS scandal while ignoring the tax exempt status of America’s stated enemies? Yet, to this point, the tax exempt status of Muslim Brotherhood front groups has been ignored.
America’s enemies with 501(c)(3) status

Enemies of the United States should be dealt with, not given tax exempt status. The problem is that said groups have been receiving such status for decades and it has paralyzed politicians who simply don’t know how to come clean. As Shoebat.com has reported on extensively, the circumstances surrounding the 501(c)(3) status of the Barack H. Obama Foundation (BHOF), an entity founded and run by President Barack Obama’s brother is tailor-made for conservatives who are in the middle of the IRS fight. It’s got everything from Lois Lerner’s signature to expeditious treatment to illegal backdating to terror funding to connections with a terrorist regime and international war criminal in Sudan’s Omar al-Bashir.

Yet, Republicans – as well as attorneys for Tea Party groups harmed by the IRS – continue to ignore it. As Shoebat.com has reported, Reps. Mike Kelly (R-PA) and Louie Gohmert (R-TX) have expressed legitimacy for the claims but will not speak further publicly. Engelbrecht’s attorney Cleta Mitchell has all of the information and has ignored it. Why would someone do such a thing when the best interests of her client mandate it?
The truth is that the Republican Party – and Mitchell herself – have dirty hands when it comes to giving Muslim Brotherhood front groups and individuals legitimacy. All signs point to them wanting to win the fight with the IRS by using spitballs instead of the heavy artillery in order to protect their own self-interests.
