Obama = the Spite House. He intentionally makes cuts in places that hurt people. Congress (the Republicans) passed a bill to pay the military their death benefits. The senate (Democrats - Harry Reid) did not take it on. Instead the President goes to the Fisher House a private company to get the funding. He wants the accolades to say he did. He wanted to AGAIN take congress out if the loop. He sets the standard for breaking the constitution. This president can't make separate deals and incur debt on his own and have the govt YOU pay for it. What is going on?????
