Pastor Kashkumbayev's criminal trial resumed on January 28th, with further hearings scheduled for the rest of this week. While the charges of "extremism" were dropped, charges for harming the health of a parishioner were not. The person who's health was supposedly harmed has stated numerous times that Kashkumbayev did no such thing and that she is healthy and fine. Despite this, the trial will continue.
