The Grand Canyon of our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws divides the "Conservatives" from the "Constitutionalists".

Conservatives like Paul Ryan, Chris Christie, Scott Walker, Karl Rove, all know that they cannot get elected unless they use the IRS to STEAL your wages, salaries and property to BUY their Congressional and Presidential seats. This is what the Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws were designed to prevent. Our American public at large votes in whoever will bring them t...he most amount of our stolen wages and salaries.

In order for elections to restore freedom, individual Rights, and individual prosperity to the Middle Class our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, limiting all of our Republican and Democrat usurpers and despots to spending money on ONLY the eighteen items granted them in The Constitution, WE must compel our State Reps to sponsor and pass a version of our State of Wisconsin Joint Sovereignty Resolution with ARREST Provision, which shall lead up to incremental State nullification OF ALL FEDERAL SPENDING, without prejudice, that exceeds the eighteen powers and spending granted them under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution pursuant to the Supremacy clause and our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, which secure our GROSS wages, salaries and property from their IRS jackbooted minions. The State shall also, correspondingly, incrementally nullify all withholding taxes, all employment taxes and all income taxes in accord with SCOTUS findings and rulings and OUR Constitutional laws which WE The People "ordained and established" upon our elected Republican and Democrat enemies to protect our wages, salaries and property from them.
