December 5th – We all know President Obama unilaterally suspended provisions of Obamacare & immigration law. So at yesterday’s congressional hearing SC Rep Trey Gowdy asked legal expert Simon Lazarus this $64,000 question: “Can the president suspend election laws?” Lazarus: “No” Gowdy: “Why not?” Lazarus: “Because we live in a government of laws and the president is bound to obey them and apply them.” Gowdy: “Well he’s not applying ACA, and he’s not applying immigration laws, and he’s not applying marijuana laws and he’s not applying mandatory minimums.” Well done Trey Gowdy! Another witness said O was “becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid” adding that this is “the most serious constitutional crisis I view in my lifetime.” Tea Partier?
