Imran Masih a Christian living in Pakistan was sentenced to life imprisonment after being tricked by his neighbor to burn an Arabic textbook with Islamic verses. Imran is currently languishing in prison and waiting for his appeal to be heard by the Lahore High Court. Due to Imran’s conviction as a blasphemer and imprisonment, his family has been forced to move their shop and have struggled to make ends meet.
ICC is assisting Imran’s family by providing them with goods and inventory to sell at their new shop. After Imran’s family has sold all of the goods ICC has provided, ICC will fill their inventory a second time. Please pray for the safety and protection of Imran’s family as he awaits his appeal to be heard by the Lahore High Court.
