“CASTROGATE” - Bridgegate on steroids - “ CASTROGHAZI”

President Obama received PROOF of an ongoing criminal conspiracy to defraud our government listing San Antonio TX City Attorney Michael Bernard (brother of White House Social Secretary Jeremy Bernard), San Antonio TX Mayor Julian Castro and SAPD Chief William McManus as ringleaders. On November 17, 2009 Obama responded with a personal note stating: “Thank you for sending me materials to review”…. Obama knew!

Governor Christie’s “Bridgegate” endangered lives when emergency vehicles were engulfed in traffic and sadly one patient passed away. “Castrogate” continues to endanger lives due to the fact that millions of 911 and communications dollars were stolen/misused for decades until upwards of 25% of 911 calls routinely failed and others were not answered for up to ten minutes at times. One can only guess about the impact on the lives of our citizens/first responders as reports/audits are routinely falsified to conceal the corruption.

President Obama and former “Obama For America” campaign co-manager / Mayor Julian Castro recently made an announcement designating San Antonio TX as a “Promise Zone” with access to $750 million in federal grants and other incentives knowing that former City Attorney Michael Bernard, SAPD Chief William McManus and Mayor Julian Castro are named in TWO federal Free Speech / Freedom of Assembly lawsuits exposing the fact that law-abiding citizens were illegally banned from City Hall and public meetings in an effort to conceal decades of public/police corruption, grant fraud, bond fraud, theft of public funds, accounting fraud, “fraud upon the court” , falsification of government documents, official oppression , terroristic threats and other crimes. President Obama, Mayor Castro and others are aware that the corrupt Bexar County DA, the FBI, the DOJ, HUD, the SEC (FWRO 302036) and other federal agencies have been provided with PROOF of the ONGOING criminal conspiracy to defraud our government, our Courts and taxpayers across the Nation.

Via the “Promise Zone” program HUD and other agencies are providing Castro with access to hundreds of millions of dollars knowing that HUD , FBI and DOJ officials have reams of documentation detailed how Bernard, Castro and other corrupt officials submitted known fraudulent statements/audits to federal investigators in HUD-OIG case hl-10-0465 and that federal agents helped conceal the fraud/theft of tens of millions of dollars when they knowingly accepted the false info, refused to interview material witnesses, discarded material evidence and quickly closed the “investigation” to protect corrupt federal agents, Castro, Bernard and other Obama supporters from exposure and criminal prosecution. The Feds refuse to indict the corrupt federal investigators/officials. Corrupt Bexar County TX District Attorney Susan Reed refuses to enforce the law or prosecute the Texas Open Meetings Act violations when almost four years of illegal city meetings took place.

Obama and other administration officials were provided documents showing that city attorney Bernard financed the illegal cover-up with public funds and with the help of corrupt attorneys Fitzpatrick & Kosanovich defrauded the 57th district court and concealed the criminal activity. The documents show that when proof of the criminal conspiracy was presented to elected officials Bernard and corrupt SAPD Chief McManus issued an unconstitutional ban (Open Meeting violations), confiscated the evidence from Council members and swore everyone to secrecy. Documents show that Castro, Bernard, McManus and the law firm of Fitzpatrick & Kosanovich recently defrauded US District Judge Xavier Rodriguez’s Federal Court when they submitted known fraudulent statements in an effort to conceal their crimes.
