MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD = NO GUNS!!...

If you have been thinking about getting a medical marijuana card you might want to think twice about it, before you do.

Why?....because if you do, you cannot legally buy or own any firearms, and if you do,,,,,You could be charged with a felony!

How?....Because, although you state permits you to legally use marijuana, and you have the medical card to prove it......You are prohibited from owning or purchasing any firearm by the BATF......

Marijuana IS STILL CONSIDERED TO BE AN ILLEGAL DRUG, FEDERALLY!

And if you attempt to buy a gun and answer the question on the form that asks...'Do you use, and/or are addicted to any illegal drug?'...If you say YES, you will be turned down....and if you say NO! you will be found guilty of Fraud! because Pot is an ILLEGAL DRUG FEDERALLY!

Ok, so what does this all mean?....Well, if you go to buy a gun, there is a good chance that when the BATF does your 'instant' background check, you will also be checked against the registry of those who have MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARDS.......

Yes, the feds have access to those state records.....AND IF YOU ANSWERED 'NO' WHERE THE FORM ASKED BOUT ILLEGAL DRUGS.....You could be charged with a felony, because MARIJUANA is still listed as an 'ILLEGAL DRUG ON THE FEDERAL LEVEL....and it will not matter to the feds if it is legal in the state where you live.

Also, be aware, that EVERYONE WHO HAS A MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD, will be the first ones targeted when the feds begin to CONFISCATE OUR GUNS. Since the feds have access to those records!

IF YOU HAVE 'THE CARD' YOU WILL BE RAIDED FIRST!

My advice is: If you use pot, for whatever reason....DO NOT GET THAT MEDICAL CARD.....just continue as you have in the past!....

AND STAY OFF OF THE FEDS RADAR!!
