WOW! A Chinese national at Harvard makes an observation. This is what makes America exceptional! Here is 90+ seconds you won't regret investing.

For over a thousand years the Christian S...erbian church has been the glue that has held the Serbian people together. In this past century the Serbs survived the war of 1912 and the First World War in 1914, in which they lost 52% of their adult male population; the Second World War in 1941 in which Serbs lost 32% of their overall population and over 150 of their churches destroyed; the war in 1991 in which 40,000 Serbs were murdered and 98 Serbian churches in Croatia were destroyed, from 1992 to 1995 over 200 Serbian churches were razed in Bosnia and since the end of bombing in 1999 some 450 Serbian churches have been destroyed in Kosovo under the noses of 17,000 NATO troops. In 2004 in 4 days of Albanian violence 32 Serbian churches were destroyed along with burning over 500 Serbian homes. The media barely noticed or covered these events that had genocidal impact.

In 1895 the foundation for the St. Sava Cathedral was laid in Belgrade. In 1995, one hundred years later, the construction of the Serbian Cathedral on Vracar, interrupted by the Balkan wars, two World Wars, 50 years of the Tito Communist regime and the recent Civil Wars did not stop the Serbians from completing this Cathedral dedicated to St. Sava, the First Archbishop of the Serbian Orthodox Church.

The burning of the relics of St. Sava by an angry mob of Turkish Muslims believing that if they burned the body of Sava that it would destroy Serbia's dedication to their faith proved just the opposite as the Serbian people cried out for their freedom, for democracy and for equal justice under the law and a deep commitment to Sava and his church...Serbs were the first in the Balkans to believe that no man has the right to rule over another. In 1914 they destroyed 400 years of Ottoman occupation and slavery, ending the Ottoman Empire.

Dehumanizing a nation is an ugly process. For the 1.4 million Americans of Serbian heritage, this occurrence will scar current and future generations. Demonizing the Serbian people with collective guilt is an outrageous concoction orchestrated by the American media in direct cooperation of the U.S. State Department politicians, in order to dismember Yugoslavia.

In 1990, before this war, U.S. Senator Robert Dole introduced a vindictive piece of legislation—so dishonest he buried the 23 lines in Foreign Appropriations Bill #101-513. This legislation cut all loan guarantees and aid to Yugoslavia when that nation was $31 Billion in debt. This was in direct violation of the Helsinki Final Act which forbids "Any act of economic or other coercion..." Senator Dole's bill, however, shockingly allowed continued U.S. financial aid to be directed to 6 Yugoslav republics, provided that they hold "democratic" elections within 6 months. This was an outrageous violation of the sovereignty of Yugoslavia ignored by the United Nations and the media.

Well-financed public relations firms were hired by Muslims and Croats to demonize the Serbian nation, a sinister addition to the outrageous dismemberment process. Ruder/Finn Public Relations in Washington earned tens of millions of dollars and admitted that they "Were not paid to be moral." Demagogues and racists have no place in this democracy, but many public officials stoop to using racists tactics. Not since Adolf Hitler has an entire race of people been demonized with collective guilt. The word Serb has been made synonymous with evil....yet the Serbian Orthodox Church continues to thrive in Serbia and in the United States.
