Obama CAN be arrested under the terms of The Patriot Act and NDAA. Well, technically, a CITIZEN has not been given the right by Congress to arrest those aiding and abetting terrorists...but the MILITARY has been authorized by Congress to do... so.
Obama is supporting the Syrian rebels against Syrian leadership. According to news reports and indeed, the Obama administration promised over and over again they are only sending arms to secular, "freedom-loving" Syrian rebels, not those Islamic jihadists associated with terrorist groups like al-Qaeda.
Well, as it turns out, the "freedom-loving" Syrian rebels ARE Al Qaeda.
Secretary of State John Kerry told Congress that extremist groups make up between 15% and 25% of the rebels fighting Syrian leader Bashar Assad.
With that one statement, Kerry just opened the door for the military to legally arrest Barack Obama for aiding, abetting and conspiring with terrorists, under their authorized power given to them by Congress and signed into law by Barack Obama himself.
So, before he is allowed to seek his revenge on Egypt for ousting Morsi, and before he can allow Iran to complete their creation of nuclear weapons they specifically intend to use against Israel, I suggest we plead with our military to make use of their authority to enforce the laws of the United States of America against this treasonous, murderous, MUSLIM TERRORIST in OUR White House and throw the book at him, and read him his rights;

North Korea promised former President Jimmy Carter during his 1994 visit to Pyongyang it would close a nuclear reactor at Yongbyon in exchange for food and humanitarian aid. The reactor was subsequently re-opened. Memo to the Obama administrations: tyrants lie.
Unlike North Korea, an officially atheist state, Iranian mullahs have repeatedly said they have a religious duty to annihilate Israel, not to mention America. How do secular diplomats negotiate with people who, in their minds, would be violating "Allah's will" by making deals with the "great Satan"?
While the negotiations between Secretary of State John Kerry and Iran were taking place in Geneva the Iranian government sent a different message with a broadcast on state television of a simulated missile attack on Israel." How much more evidence of Iran's intentions and ultimate objective are needed?
You could hit the broad side of a barn with the promises Obama made to Israel on the pretext of "alliances"...
