It appears the political cartoon in the China Daily pissed off Clinton and Clark as a few days later the Chinese embassy was bombed..."ACCIDENTALLY" of course...4 were killed...Perhaps this huge building was as invisible as our new multi bi...llion dollar stealth fighter aircraft that the Serbs brought down on its maiden use in a war...
Central Intelligence Agency director George Tenet testified before a congressional committee that "the bombing was the only one in the campaign organized and directed by his agency, and that the CIA had identified the wrong coordinates for a Yugoslav military target on the same street" ...
What an Asshole...it is obvious that he failed to tell congress that there are no government buildings or military targets within two miles of this embassy, it is in a residential area of Belgrade. The Embassy was surrounded for blocks and blocks by 4 to 6 story apartment buildings, many built in the past 20 years...
