KEENE, NH -- Impromptu journalists have gotten confirmation from police that there were four (4) teams of snipers & spotters on four different rooftops overlooking the Keen...e Pumpkin Festival last weekend. In this picture you can see their sniper rifle on the ground. Just in case someone gets too rowdy buying fall crafts and pumpkin decorations.
